"I am a retired Air Force veteran and I’ve lived on Patrick AFB since 2015 with my family of four (my wife and two college aged boys). Originally, we planned to live here for a couple years and then buy a house somewhere in the area, but after our amazing experience with Hunt we changed our plans. Living on base has many advantages, it is conveniently located for schools, shopping, and it is really secure, but what changed our minds and stayed on Patrick AFB Housing longer is the A+ service and treatment we received from Hunt. From the management, to the office staff, to the maintenance personnel, Hunt always goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. I can honestly say that I consider the Hunt employees as my friends and neighbors. I know most of them on a first-name basis and they are always friendly and attentive to any issues we have. I like the fact that Hunt keeps the tenants well-informed from weather information to family related activities. Also, after crunching the numbers (at least for our family), staying with Hunt saved money. Buying a home too early can have unplanned/unforeseen and hidden costs and since all maintenance is covered by Hunt, we used the extra funds to help the kids with their school or whatever else they may need to facilitate their education. I would recommend Hunt to anyone looking for a safe, secure, convenient, family-friendly, and cost-effective place to live. As long as Hunt allows veterans to lease on base, I will continue to call Patrick AFB my home for a while longer. "
